Hello:

The Learning Practitioners' Association (incorporating TrainerBase) is a unique membership organisation that represents individuals substantially engaged in or actively working towards consultancy, design, development and deivery of training/learning interventions whose recipients are outside statutory education.

This survey project is to be used as a benchmark of the UK learning and development sector from a practitioner perspective and to get a greater understanding of the status of this important group individuals; many of whom will be responsible for up-skilling the UK workforce in the next 10 or so years in line with the Leitch report.

If you are involved in learning and development practice; either as an internal practitioner or as a freelance/independent practitioner then you are invited to participate in our survey.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete (needs to be done in a single session). Your participation will entitle you to receive a copy of any published survey report plus an Association voucher worth 20% on products and services (subject to you providing a legitimate email address: one voucher per response redeamable against a single purchase).

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn about the learning and development sector and your responses will help us greatly.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
